Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a particle accelerator energy selection and analysis system comprising a degrader, two energy analysis slits, two dipolar magnets, a plurality of quadrupole magnets and a beamintensity detector. The two energy analysis slits are located on both sides of the first dipolar magnet. By adjusting the intensity of the quadrupole magnets, the position changes of particles are independent of the initial divergence angles of the particles when the particles pass through a transmission segment between the two energy analysis slits. The two dipolar magnets are placed symmetrically at 45 degrees. The degrader has a plurality of shifts and can adjust the incident particle energy to a desired range of application. The energy analysis slit width is adjustable, and the precise selection of energy can be achieved by adjusting the widths of the two energy analysis slits. Based on the fixed energy accelerator, the particle accelerator energy selection and analysis system realizes the selection and analy |
