The lower side of the fixing mechanism is provided with a lower clamping mechanism. The bottom of the fixing mechanism is provided with a moving guiding mechanism for moving and lifting a distribution switch. The distribution switch is fixed and lifted by various clamping mechanisms and guiding mechanisms, and is manually installed in advance in an alive state, which is beneficial to saving manpower and material resources and reducing power-off working time or shortening live-working time.
