Human face identification method and system

The invention discloses a human face identification method and system. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a to-be-processed image; preprocessing the to-be-processed image to obtain a preprocessed image; performing histogram equalization and normalization on the preprocessed image to obtain a rectangular image; performing threshold processing on a sum or a difference of the rectangular image to obtain a to-be-identified image; creating multiple classifier nodes by adopting statistical boosting; and performing human face identification on the to-be-identified image by adopting the classifier nodes.
