The method comprises the steps that the liquid-state anisotropic conductive agent is sprayed to a binding area; an assembly layer is pre-pressed on the binding area, wherein the liquid-state anisotropic conductive agent is located between the assembly layer and the binding area; ultraviolet rays are used for irradiating the liquid-state anisotropic conductive agent, the liquid-state anisotropic conductive agent is pressurized and cured and accordinglythe assembly layer and the binding area are communicated with each other and bound. The liquid-state anisotropic conductive agent comprises liquid-state ultraviolet curing adhesive and anisotropic conductive particles dispersed in the ultraviolet curing adhesive.
