The method comprises the following steps: low-temperature dirty condensed water is transported to a filter for filtration, and transported to a heat exchanger after the filtration, and at the same time, intermediate condensed water of a stripping tower is transported to the heat exchanger for heat exchange with the filtered low-temperature dirty condensed water; after the heat exchange, the intermediate condensed water is discharged, the dirty condensed water is continuously sent to the stripping tower, at the same time, low-pressure steam is input into the stripping tower, and the dirty condensed water after the stripping is converted into the intermediate condensed water.
