The method includes the steps that (1)melamine formaldehyde resin and a filler are prepared according to the weight ratio of (20-40%):(25-45%); (2) silicon carbide and white corundum are added and mixed according to the weight ratio of (10-20%):(0-15%) to obtain a carcass binder; (3) diamond particles are addedinto the above carcass binder according to the weight ratio of 10-20% and fully stirred for more than 10 hours to obtain uniform mixture powder; (4) the uniform mixture powder are put into a steel mold and scraped flat, then a nylon hook is put into the steel mold, and finally a pressing head is put into the steel mold; the steel mold and the pressing head are put into an oil pressing machine forheating, sintering and molding.
