The method comprises: a mobile wireless power transmission systemis constructed, wherein the circuit of the system is composed of a direct-current power supply, a primary-side voltage regulating circuit, a high-frequency inverter circuit, a primary-side compensation circuit, a primary side coil, a secondary side coil, a secondary-side compensation circuit, a rectification and filtering circuit, a secondary-side voltage regulating circuit and a load that are connected successively; circuit parameters of the mobile wireless power transmission system are determined; an output voltage and a current of the secondary side coil are detected; duty ratios of the primary-side voltage regulating circuit and the secondary-side voltage regulating circuit are adjusted by combining the detected circuit parameters to realize the optimal efficiency and constant output voltage of the system.
