Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for determining the transfer volume of catechol and a derivative thereof in a food preservation bag. The method is characterized by comprising the step of after adopting a steep extraction manner for extracting the catechol and the derivative thereof in a plastic product, adopting a liquid chromatography for determining the transfer volume, wherein the steep extraction manner adopts a water-based steep extraction method and an oil-based steep extraction method. The steep extraction method provided by the invention is quick, high in recovery rate, free of polluting the instrument, and capable of effectively reducing the detection limit. 本发明提供了种测定食品保鲜袋中邻苯二酚及其衍生物迁移量的方法,其特征在于:采用浸泡萃取的方式来提取塑料制品中的邻苯二酚及其衍生物后,采用液相色谱法测定其迁移量;其中,所述浸泡萃取的方式包括水基浸泡萃取法和油基浸泡萃取法。本发明提供的浸泡萃取的方法快速,回收率高,对仪器不造成污染,并有效的降低了检出限。
