The spraying method comprises the following steps: planting tissue culture seedlings of potatoes into an aerial fog cultivation device; setting the spraying time of the controller of the aerial fog cultivation device; carrying out subsection management on the nutrient solution of the aerial fog cultivation device; carrying out seedling fading treatment after the tissue culture seedlings of the potatoes grow, picking off tubers, and carrying out castration and pollination.
