The sleep intervention control device comprises a heating control module, a main control module and a sleep monitoring module, wherein the heating control module and the sleep monitoring module are connected with the main control module separately; the heating control module comprises a power supply control circuit, an infrared heating body and a load detection circuit; the power supply control circuit is connected with the main control module, the infrared heating body and the load detection circuit; the main control module is connected with the load detection circuit, and the load detection circuit is connected with the infrared heating body.
