The total acid content of the aerated grape fruit vinegar drink is 0.3-0.5%; the total solid content of the aerated grape fruit vinegar drink is 2-10%; the sugar content of the aerated grape fruit vinegar drink is 1-10%; the ethanol content of the aerated grape fruit vinegar drink is less than 0.4% and the aerated grape fruit vinegar drink contains fermented raw vinegar, vinegar flavor, edible sucrose, edible honey and other substances, and further includes natural grape purple pigment, anthocyanin, potassium sorbate and edible carbon dioxide.
