The hydrogen fuel cell coolingsystem comprises a radiator and a radiating passage arranged on a hydrogen fuel cell; the radiator and the radiating passage are communicated with each other and form a coolant circulation loop. Thehydrogen fuel cell cooling system also comprises a control device and a temperature detection device; the temperature detection device is used for detecting temperature of the hydrogen fuel cell; thecontrol device is used for controlling operating state of the radiator. Also provided is the fuel cell vehicle with the hydrogen fuel cell cooling system.
