Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a device for selectively collecting electroencephalogram (EEG) data through action recognition. The device comprises an action recognition unit, an EEG measurement unit and a control unit, wherein the action recognition unit is configured to recognize the action of a user through analyzing images taken by a camera; the EEG unit is configured to be mounted at the head part ofthe user to measure the EEG of the user; the control unit is configured to control the EEG measurement unit to measure the EEG of the user during the movement of the recognized user and generate an EEG data set based on the measured EEG.
