Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a detection method for the activity of an ATP (adenosine 5'-triphosphate) sulfated enzyme. The detection method includes (1) mixing pyrophosphoric acids with different concentrations with adenosine 5'-triphosphate and fluorescein/luciferase to obtain a mixture; (2) equally dividing the mixture into two parts, and adding the two parts into a test sample tank and a comparisonsample tank respectively; (3) adding buffering liquid into the comparison sample tank, and injecting the ATP sulfated enzyme into the test sample tank; (4) starting up a detecting instrument, and detecting fluorescence intensity, generated from reaction between a product ATP in the test sample tank and the fluorescein/luciferase, as well as fluorescence intensity in the comparison sample tank toacquire a fluorescence intensity time curve; (5) measuring FPPi, corresponding to PPi with different standard concentrations, to generate a calibration curve; (6) preparing a Michaelis-Menten curve; (7) according to the Michae
