The structure comprises a ball body, a valve base, a convex stop port, a valve body and a concave stop port; the convex stop port is formed in the right end of the valve base, and is arranged with the valve base as an integral structure; the concave stop port is formed in the left end in the valve body; the ball body, connected in a sleeving manner, is arranged in the valve body; a second fastening flange is arranged on the left side of the valve body; the valve body and the second fastening flange are arranged as anintegral structure; a through hole is formed in the second fastening flange; the second fastening flange is connected with the through hole in a penetration manner; and the valve base and the valve body are connected through a fastening bolt.
