The lateral-force-resisting double-output-rod shear valve type magneto-rheological damper is composed of a piston rod, a gland, a sliding bearing, an end cover, a dynamic seal, an axial sealing ring, a radial sealing ring, a snap spring, a cylinder barrel, an electromagnetic coil, a piston, a flat key, magneto-rheological fluid and the like.
