Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses steel bar grouting sleeves with oblique upward slurry outlets, a connecting structure and a construction method of the connecting structure. Grouting openings and the slurry outlets are formed in the sleeve walls of the sleeves; the grouting openings are formed perpendicular to the sleeve walls at the bottom ends, and the slurry outlets are obliquely upwards formed relativeto the sleeve walls at the top ends; and the inner surfaces of the sleeve walls are inwards bulged to form annular inner bulges arranged at intervals. Sleeve bodies are whole-grouting sleeves or semi-grouting sleeves. The connecting structure comprises an upper-layer prefabricated member and a lower-layer prefabricated member, the sleeves are pre-embedded in the bottom of the upper-layer prefabricated member, and the sleeves and upper-layer steel bars or lower-layer steel bars are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode.
