Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a porous organic polymer solid-phase extraction adsorption material and application thereof in analysis of veterinary drug residue. The material adopts a hydroxyl-containing porous organic polymer as the matrix, and phosphoric acid molecules are loaded on the hydroxyl site of the polymer. The porous polymer material has large specific surface area and high content of functional groups, improves the enrichment efficiency in pretreatment of veterinary drug residue samples in food, and also reduces the matrix interference in target detection. Compared with the traditionalsolid-phase extraction materials, the material has the advantages of good water resistance and physical and chemical stability, difficult loss of functional groups, long service life, and reusability.
