The multi-dimensional motion processing robot includes a plurality of machine body structures, wherein the multiple machine body structures each include a first machine body and a second machine body, and the first machine body and the second machine body are separately disposed at both ends of a workpiece in the thickness direction; or, the machine body structures are located on one side of the workpiece. Each machine body structure includes any one or more of following functional parts of adsorption parts, a traction part and a processing tool. The adsorption parts are used for fixing the machine body structures to the workpiece. The traction part is used for driving the machine body structures to move on the workpiece.The processing tool is used for processing the workpiece.
