Attapulgite serves as a carrier for loading Cu (I) salt, nickel chloride hexahydrate and KF are used for modification to obtain a high-selectivity nanoparticle catalyst. The nanoparticle catalyst can catalyze4-chlorine-6, 7-dimethoxy-quinoline and 4-amino-3-chlorophenol hydrochloride to prepare 4-(4-amino-3-chlorobenzene oxygen group)-6, 7-dimethoxy quinoline, the process is high in yield, and the shortcomings of low yield and high production temperature of an existing process are overcome.
