Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a graphene-based moving bubble power generation device and a manufacturing method thereof. When a bubble moves along a surface of the graphene, ions around the bubble form a dual electric layer on the surface of the grapheme, and a charging and discharging effect is performed between the front end and the tail end of the moving bubble. A voltage is generated between the two ends of the grapheme, the voltage is linear with the volume of the moving bubble, and the polarity depends on the direction of the moving bubble.
