Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a discontinuous hollow polylactic acid fiber, and a preparation method and an application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing a regenerated cellulose dispersion with a polylactic acid solution, performing ultrasonic treatment under an ice bath condition, and standing the obtained solution to defoam the solution in order to obtain an oil-in-water Pickering emulsion; and electrospinning the oil-in-water Pickering emulsion to obtain the discontinuous hollow polylactic acid fiber. The discontinuous hollow polylactic acid fiber is applied to in drug loading and tissue engineering. The method is simple and quick; and the use amount of toxic chemicals is reduced, and other raw materials used in the invention are polylactic acid and the like, so the prepared fiber material is biologically nontoxic.
