Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a lanthanum nickel oxide conductive film. A chemical composition is LaNiO , wherein delta is smaller than or equal to 0.15 and greater than 0. The lanthanum nickel oxide conductive film of which the electrical property is not affected by strain is obtained through controlling the stoichiometric ratio of LaNiO . According to the record of the embodiment,after the stoichiometric ratio of LaNiO is changed, the phase composition of the lanthanum nickel oxide conductive film is not affected and reduction of the resistivity of the lanthanum nickel oxide conductive film is facilitated while the condition that the adverse effect of the strain on the resistivity can be eliminated is ensured. The invention further provides a preparation method of the lanthanum nickel oxide conductive film and an application of the lanthanum nickel oxide conductive film as an electrode material.
