The method comprises the steps as follows: a system service platform performs rule creation, including rule name, inspection cycle time setting, inspection equipment binding and patrol equipment number display; the system service plate allocates rules to patrollers, effect taking time periods of the rules relative to designated patrollers are set, and one-to-one relations between the patrollers and the rules are established; the system service platform prompts the patrollers to get tasks, the patrollers get tasks and generate task lists of the same day, if the patrollers do not get tasks, the relations between tasks which are not got and detailed items of the rules are recorded after task get time; the patrollers complete patrol tasks withinthe given time according to corresponding rules and got tasks; after the inspection tasks are completed, inspection results are generated.
