Low-odor polyolefin composite and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a low-odor polyolefin composite and a preparation method thereof. The polyolefin composite is prepared from raw materials of polyolefin resin and additives. The preparation method of the composite comprises the following steps: blending polyolefin resin and the additives to obtain a mixture; performing melting-extruding and granulating on the mixture under the microwave condition to obtain the low-odor polyolefin composite. Microwaves are introduced into preparation of the composite, so that heat can be ensured to penetrate into polyolefin macromolecules and additive molecules, unnecessary excessive reaction caused by local overheating is avoided, the quantity of odorous micromolecule compounds produced from polyolefin or the additives by decomposing in production ofthe polyolefin composite is effectively reduced, and odor of the polyolefin composite is obviously reduced; the process is simple, green and environmentally friendly, and an aid for reducing odor isnot needed to be added; pe
