Zusammenfassung:The invention provides rice Os01g66970.1 protein and encoding gene and application thereof. The protein has an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO.2, or an amino acid sequence which has the samefunction and is formed by substitution, missing or addition of one or more amino acid residues of amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO.2; the encoding gene has a nucleotide sequence as shown inSEQ ID NO.1, or a nucleotide sequence hybridized with the nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO.1. The invention also discloses a method for breeding large-grain rice variety by using such gene.
