Terminal device and exercise health assessment system and method

The invention discloses a terminal device and an exercise health assessment system and method. The terminal device comprises a receiving module which is used to receive user physiological data detected by at least one first sensor embedded in the underwear of a user, an acquiring module which is used to acquire use exercise data which are detected by a second sensor and are exercise parameters detected when the user exercises, and an evaluation module which is used to carry out exercise health assessment on the user based on the physiological data and the exercise data. According to the invention, the user physiological data detected by at least one first sensor embedded in the underwear of the user and the user exercise data detected by the second sensor arranged in the terminal device are combined and comprehensively analyzed; collaborative measurement of the sensors is realized; scientific and sound exercise health advices are provided; and furthermore, a flexible circuit technologyis used, which improves
