The sealing valve device comprises a valve body, wherein the valve body is provided with an upper water passing cavity and a lower water passing cavity, the upper water passing cavity is provided with an upper water passing opening and an upper water passing opening, the lower water passing cavity is provided with a lower wateropening and a lower water passing opening, the upper water opening is provided with an upper ball valve, and the lower water inlet is provided with a lower ball valve; the upper ball valve and the lower ball valve each comprise a main ball body, main through holes are formed in the main ball bodies, the main through holes are connected with main magnetic sleeves, the main magnetic sleeves are connected with main iron rods, the main iron rods are connected through circular magnetic plates, the main ball bodies are provided with a set of inserting holes, the inserting holes are connected with the magnetic sleeves, magn
