Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high strength and elongation cold-roll steel sheet with the TRIP effect and a production method thereof. The cold-roll steel sheet is prepared from chemical ingredients, in percentage by mass: 0.20-0.23% of C, 1.50-1.70% of Si, 2.10-2.30% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.020% of P, less than or equal to 0.008% of S, 0.020-0.060% of Als, 0.040-0.060% of Nb, 0.040-0.060% of Ti, less than or equal to 0.0040% of N, and the balance of Fe and unavoidable impurity elements. The production method comprises the steps of steel making, continuous casting, hot rolling, acid rolling, continuous annealing and leveling. Medium carbon, high silicon, high manganese are adopted, Nb and Ti are microalloyed, and through reasonable ingredient design and matched with correspondingly hotrolling, acid rolling and continuous annealing processes, the produced high strength and elongation cold-roll steel sheet is suitable for manufacturing automobile anti-collision parts.
