Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method and a system for determining colorectal tumor cells based on KRAS and NDRG4 genes and hemoglobin. The method comprises the following steps: respectively obtaining the KRAS gene and the NDRG4 gene of a sample to be tested, and methylating the NDRG4 gene; respectively sequencing the KRAS gene and the methylated NDRG4 gene, thus obtaining a KRAS gene sequencing resultand an NDRG4 gene sequencing result; comparing a gene sequence of a first target location in the KRAS gene sequencing result with a first reference sequence for the first time, and calculating a KRASgene mutation rate; comparing a gene sequence of a second target location in the NDRG4 gene sequencing result with a second reference sequence for the second time, and calculating an NDRG4 gene methylation linkage ratio; detecting hemoglobin in the sample to be tested; determining whether the sample to be tested contains the colorectal tumor cells or not on the basis of the KRAS gene mutation rate, the NDRG4 gene methylati |
