The lactic dehydrogenase gene ldhL1 is overexpressed in an original strain to obtain a yeast strain having a certain capability of producingL-lactate and ethyl lactate, compared with the condition that the original strain is taken as the producing strain, the yield of the produced ethyl lactate of the strain is increased by more than 40%after the ldhL1 is added as an external source to catalyze to produce equal amount of lactate, the unexpected technical effect is achieved, the isoamyl alcohol is reduced by about 57.7% in comparisonwith that of the original strain, the phenethyl alcohol is reduced by about 52.11%; meanwhile, the PGK1P is chosen to overexpress the Candida antarctica lipase B, and the yield of the ethyl lactate isup to 210.25 mg/L.
