Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a preparation method of a modified sulfamate high-efficiency water reducer. The water reducer is mainly formed through condensation by using crude phenol extracted from coal tar, an amino compound, an aldehyde compound, an alkali conditioning agent and water as raw materials. The crude phenol accounts for 8% to 13.6%, the amino compound accounts for 9% to 11.7%, the aldehydecompound accounts for 11% to 17.6%, the alkali conditioning agent accounts for 9% to 16.0% and the balance is water. The water reducer prepared in the invention has preferable cement dispersibility,the cost of the raw materials is reduced, and an effective way is further provided for deep processing comprehensive utilization of coal tar.
本发明提供种改性氨基磺酸盐高效减水剂的制备方法。该减水剂主要以煤焦油中提制的粗酚、氨基类化合物、醛类化合物、碱性调节剂、水为原料经缩合而成。其中粗酚占比8~13.6%、氨基类化合物占比9~11.7%、醛类化合物占比11~17.6%、碱性调节剂占比9~16.0%、余量为水。本发明制备的减水剂,不仅具有更好的水泥分散性,并降低了原料成本,还为煤焦油的深加工综合利用提供了有效途径。 |
