Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the fields of hydrogen energy source development and environmental protection, and specifically relates to a mononuclear nickel complex containing N-substituted diphosphonic hydrogen and 1,2-dithiol salt ligand with an electro-catalysis hydrogen production and photocatalysis organic dye degradation performance. The complex is a mononuclear nickel complex formed by connecting R-PNP and 1,2-diphenyl thiophenol (bdt) (or 4-methyl-1,2-diphenyl thiophenol (bdtMe)) ligand with metallic nickel atoms, and the chemical structure of the complex is shown in the specification. Thenickel complex has efficient electro-catalysis hydrogen production activity in an acidic medium, and has efficient photocatalysis degradation function for organic dyes.
