Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of cement, and particularly relates to rapid hardening sulphate aluminum cement and a preparation method thereof. The cement provided by the invention is prepared from the following components, in percentage by weight: 5-20% of dry desulfurized ash, 60-85% of sulphate aluminum cement clinker, 5-20% of gypsum, 5-25% of limestone and 0-3% of thickening time controlagent. By adding dry desulfurized ash into cement, not only is the disposal problem of a dry desulfurized ash by-product desuflurized ash solved, resource utilization of dry desulfurized ash is achieved, but also the usage amount of gypsum and limestone can be saved, and accordingly the production cost of cement is greatly lowered. Meanwhile addition of dry desulfurized ash can greatly improve the early strength and long-term strength of cement, and overcomes the problem that the long-term strength of cement declines.
