The processing technology for preventing the progressive die from deviating during hole flanging comprises the following steps of pre-punching, hole-flanging, bending and cutting, wherein pre-punching and hole-flanging are carried out intwo step pitches; an avoidance structure is arranged on each process after hole flanging; each process is positioned by a positioning pin; and the diameter of each positioning pin is adjustable. The processing technology for preventing the progressive die from deviating during hole flanging provided by the invention is mainly used for effectively avoiding the occurrence of the unqualified phenomena such as the re-punching of a flanged hole and the deviation of the flanging height.
