Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of meals, and particularly relates to tea leaf dietary fiber powder and a preparation method thereof. The mass percentage of dietary fibers in the tea leaf dietary fiber powder is 50-69%, and the mass percentage of protein is 15-25%. The content of the dietary fibers in the tea leaf dietary fiber powder prepared by the method disclosed by the invention reaches 50-69%, and the increase range is about 50-70%; but the protein content is basically kept unchanged.
