The method comprises: acquiring an image transmitted by a terminal, and identifying a vehicle in the image,wherein the image is obtained by the terminal at the arrival time of a vehicle; determining a station where the vehicle arrives when the terminal collects the image; determining an obtainment time when the image is acquired, and regarding the obtainment time as the time when the vehicle arrives at the station.
