The invention discloses a high pressure fast connecting integrated ball valve which comprises joint connecting bolts, a valve body, an O-shaped sealing ring, a valve base, a ball valve core, a sealingpad, a valve rod, filling materials, a screw, a spacer, an upper cover, a positioning block, sealing sleeve rings, a connecting body, a connecting bolt and a handle. The valve body is a horizontal thick cylinder. An inlet and an outlet of the valve are formed in the thick cylinder of the valve body, and the inlet and the outlet are connected to end joints. The ball valve core is arranged in the center of the valve body. A left ball seat sealing ring and a right ball seat sealing ring which communicate with the inlet and the outlet are positioned at the inlet and the outlet at the left side and the right side of the valve body.
