The upper part of a guide nozzle is connected to an inner channel in a casing, a liquid discharging channel is formed in the middle of the guide nozzle, the lower part of the guide nozzle is sleeved with a bearing, an inner hole of the bearing and the lower part of the guide nozzle are matched, a plurality of blades are machined on the upperside wall of a rotor, liquid flow impacts the blades to produce rotating force, the rotor is nested outside the bearing, a lower inner hole of the rotor is matched with the outer wall of the bearing,the blade part at the upper part of the rotor faces the liquid discharging channel part of the guide nozzle, so that liquid flow flowing out of the liquid discharging part of the guide nozzle flows out among the blades, a connecting thread is formed in the lower part of the rotor, connecting threads are formed in the upper part and the lower part of the casing, high-pressure liquid flow promotesthe rotor to rotate after f
