The invention discloses a high-stability drilling device for foundation construction. The drilling device includes a fixed base. Support columns are welded on both sides of the bottom part of the fixed base. Both sides of the top part of the fixed base are provided with side barrier boards arranged vertically. A top board arranged horizontally is connected between the top parts of the two side barrier boards. A first motor is mounted in the middle position of the top part of the top board.
