Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an Au-CsPbX3/PMMA nano composite material and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) synthesis of visible light band gap adjustable CsPbX3 nanocrystal; (2) effective hybridization of Au nanoparticles and the CsPbX3 nanocrystal; and (3) adjustment of the absorption band gap of a fiber-optic communication band of Au-CsPbX3nanocrystal; (4) effective composite of the Au-CsPbX3 nanocrystal and PMMA to obtain the Au-CsPbX3 / PMMA nanocomposite material; the beneficial effects are as follows: (1) the all-inorganic perovskite CsPbX3 (X=Cl, Br and I) nanocrystal at the core of the material system has good nonlinear saturation absorption characteristics; (2) the Au-CsPbX3 (X=Cl, Br and I) nanocrystal has potential research value of in the fiber-optic communication band; and (3) the Au-CsPbX3 (X=Cl, Br and I) / PMMA nanocomposite material has great potential of use as saturable absorbers (SA).
