The method comprises the following steps: (1) pre-treating cudweedherb; (2) drying and crushing the cudweed herb, soaking the obtained cudweed herb powder into ethanol, conducting stirring and standing, and repeating the stirring and standing for 2-3 times; (3) conducting filter pressing to obtain a filtrate A and filter residues B, wherein the filtrate A is left for later use; (4) adding cellulase to the filter residues B, conducting stirring and standing, adding starch, conducting uniform stirring, adding the filtrate A, conducting uniform mixing, vacuum concentration and spray drying to obtain a powder, and blending the powder and seasonings to obtain the cudweed seasoning powder.
