Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a quick recognition method and system for a multilingual mail system. The method comprises the steps that a mail domain of a recipient is queried from a multilingual mail database, if the mail domain of the recipient supports a multilingual mail technology standard, a multilingual mail is sent, and otherwise, the mail is sent by adopting a replaced ASCII e-mail address; andif the mail domain of the recipient is not found, a TXT record of an e-mail system domain name of the recipient is queried through a DNS; if the TXT record can be found, a keyword of an RDATA part ofthe TXT record is recognized, and otherwise, the mail is sent by adopting the replaced ASCII e-mail address; if the RDATA part contains the 'SMTPUTF8-EAI-Ready-SMTPUTF8' keyword, it explains that thee-mail system of the recipient supports the multilingual mail technology standard, the SMTPUTF8 function is confirmed, and the multilingual mail is sent; and if the RDATA part contains the 'SMTPUTF8-EAI-Not-SMTPUTF8' keyword, i
