The method comprises the following steps: culturing preserved bacillus subtilis into bacillus subtilis bacterium liquid; preparing an LB fluid medium comprising 10g of peptone, 10g of sodium chloride and 5g of yeast extract powder per liter, regulating the pH value to be 7.2, split charging 50mL of medium into a 250ml oftriangular flask, and sealing by 16-layer gauze and 4-layer newspaper; sterilizing in a high temperature sterilizing oven for 20 minutes, inoculating the preserved bacillus subtilis into the sterilized medium, culturing at 37 DEG C and 200r for 24 hours for later use.
