Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a heat isolation film based on zirconite and polyethylene and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of materials. The heat isolation film consists of a radiation base film layer and an Al (aluminum) film layer, wherein the Al film layer is covered at the surface of the radiation base film layer; the thickness of the radiation base film layer is 0.05 to 1mm, and the thickness of the Al film layer is 0.2 to 1.0mu m; the radiation base film layer is prepared from 70 to 95 parts of polyethylene resin and 5 to 30 parts of zirconite. The preparation method specifically comprises the following steps of adding the zirconite into the polyethylene resin, uniformly mixing, extruding, and forming a base film; evaporating and plating the Al film layerat the surface of the base film under the vacuum condition, so as to obtain the heat isolation film.
