Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a high-strength high-toughness cement-based material and a preparation method thereof. The material is prepared from, by weight, 10-20 parts of polymer emulsion, 70-80 parts ofcement, 5-10 parts of carbon fiber, 2-8 parts of phenolic resin, 1-5 parts of ethylene carbonate, 0.3-1.2 parts of coupling agent, 0.2-0.6 part of coupling agent and 20-30 parts of water.
