The material is prepared from, by weight, 10-20 parts of polymeremulsion, 30-50 parts of cement, 15-25 parts of fly ash, 6-12 parts of colliery powder, 4-10 parts of composite reinforced fiber, 1-5 parts of dispersing agent, 2-5 parts of water reducing agent, 0.5-3.5 parts of thickener and12-18 parts of water. According to the high-toughness fiber-reinforced building material, the toughness and the anti-cracking effect of the material can be improved, the cement, the fly ash and the composite reinforced fiber are uniformly distributed with the dispersing agent, the mechanical property is changed, the deformation resisting capacity of the material is significantly improved, and theprobability that the building material cracks and is broken is lowered.
