The process comprises the following steps: selecting fresh morchella, cleaning the morchella, and then conducting extraction and filtration to obtain a morchella extracting solution; selecting peeled sweet apricot kernels for later use, soaking and pulping the selected sweet apricot kernels, conducting pulp boilingat high temperature, finally conducting filtration to obtain apricot kernel pulp, and cooling the apricot kernel pulp for later use; heating pure milk, then adding the morchella extracting solution,the apricot kernel pulp, a compound stabilizer and a sweetener into the pure milk, and then carrying out high-pressure homogenization to obtain mixed milk; inoculating the sterilized mixed milk; fullymixing strains with the mixed milk uniformly, and subpackaging the inoculated flavored fermented milk to be fermented into flavored fermented milk bottles which are sterilized; and sealing the flavored fermented milk bottles,
