PbCl2 and PbI2 are sequentially deposited on a surface of FTO/TiO2 by a physical vapor phase deposition method, a lead halide is converted to a corresponding organic metal halide perovskite layer to obtain dual-layer perovskite, a Ch3NH3PbICl layer in a dual-layer perovskite structure has an effect of interface modification and passivation, the TiO2 and the perovskite can be more firm to combine, so that charges at a TiO2/perovskite interface are difficult to accumulate, the grain size of perovskite is increased, and the cell stability is improved; and moreover, the defect of the TiO2/perovskite interface also can be prevented by the Ch3NH3PbICl layer, the recombination of the interface can be reduced, and the cell efficiency is improved.
