Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for rapidly and quantitatively analyzing a structure and a composition of a polymer chain. The method comprises the following steps: detecting a deuteration solution ofa polymer to be detected by utilizing a nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer to obtain a semi-selective HSQC (Heteronuclear Single Quantum Coherence) spectrum; then calculating spectrogram data ofthe semi-selective HSQC spectrum obtained by step 1) to obtain the structure and the composition of the polymer. A semi-selective HSQC pulse sequence for detecting and detected sampling parameters are controlled so that a spectrogram obtained by the method provided by the invention has extremely high quantitative accuracy and extremely good spectrogram repeatability; the detection efficiency canbe improved by about 20 times.
